Commercial stick blenders are

launched all five models in the Hamilton Beach Commercial BigRig immersion
blender range.
These big, efficient and
versatile blenders save time and effort, blending, chopping, puree-ing and
emulsifying with ease. The BigRig blenders offer portability and versatility to
create large batches without sacrificing time or quality, all while creating
fewer pots to wash.
Their specially designed, two
position, ergonomic handle provide comfort and convenience in a busy commercial
kitchen. It features a variable speed
ThumbDrive that has a colour-coded light for immediate feedback on the blender
status while in operation giving complete blending control. Despite their size
and power, they are easy to handle.
Continuous run operation and a
heavy duty 1Hp motor allow users to quickly power through high-volume blending
jobs. A completely sealed, interchangeable stainless steel shaft can be easily removed
for changing or cleaning. By changing the shaft to a different size the blender
can be matched to different applications, with five shaft sizes available
altogether.
For safety there is a
high-visibility 365cm yellow power cord which allows plenty of room to
manoeuvre from power point to pan, while a wall mount and cord holder provides
neat, easy storage. The five models range from the HMI012-UK which includes a
305mm shaft to the HMI021-UK which includes a 533mm shaft. Built with the needs
of chefs and foodservice professionals in mind all are backed by a two-year commercial
warranty.
