AirSource Ventilation appoints new sales manager/ASV03 / 07.12.15

[image]As part of its expansion programmeAirSource Ventilation, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of heat pumps and other products for commercial & industrial heating and air conditioning, has announced the appointment of Steve Dunleavy as External Sales Manager for the South of England.

Steve will report to AirSource's National Sales Manager, Jared Gray. Steve hails from Burnley in Lancashire and will re-locate to the Reading area next year.

Steve, who has a degree in Sports Sciences, previously worked at Gas Arc Group as the Northern Area Sales Manager, where he dealt with high end clients in the petrochemical and nuclear industries. He describes how he hopes to develop the new role at Airsource Ventilation:

"One of my ambitions is to mirror the company's major successes in the North. I am looking forward to expanding the existing client base and to contributing to the overall strategy."

Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director, Dave Clayton, says: "I was particularly impressed with Steve's determination and his will to succeed. He brings considerable sales experience and will be a real asset to our team."

AirSource Ventilation offers innovative technologies for a variety of applications including healthcare, retail, education and hotels. The company now boasts a turnover of £4m and a 40-strong workforce, with 5 jobs created so far this year, including 1 apprentice and 2 young trainees.

The company is committed to supplying equipment to reduce energy and global warming potential (GWP) and is developing products to meet the demands of the latest GWP regulations relating to refrigerant gases.
