Literary News: Mr Motivator signs Literally PR to support the launch of his autobiography -The Warm Up

Due for international release in March 2016

Kent, United Kingdom: Derrick Evans, better known as Mr Motivator, has retained Literally PR Ltd to represent the release of his autobiography. Filament Publishing will publish the life story of Mr Motivator - The Warm Up - in March 2016.

The man we woke up to every morning, and who brightened our day before we left for school/work, is returning to the UK in 2016. Mr Motivator is back and he plans to wake us all up once again - and help call time on the escalating obesity epidemic - with his infectious enthusiasm and passion. But who is the real Mr Motivator? What led to his television fame?The Warm Upis a no-holds barred, refreshingly open autobiography from the king of fitness about his rise to celebrity status, the business decisions he made along the way, his life as a father to four children and his three marriages.

Derrick Evans says: "​Who knows why and when is the right time to release your life story into the world, but my story needed to be told. Richard Curtis told me many years ago that there was no hurry, but that everyone wanted and would want to know more about Mr M. He advised me to write the book and release it when I felt the time was right. It was a relief and a refreshing experience to put words on paper and to see the life I have lived jump out from the pages. ​I'm ready to release The Warm Up."
