New lift ideal for vans and specialist vehicles

Operators of van, car, light commercial and specialist vehicle workshops now have a flexible and cost-effective alternative to a traditional inspection pit thanks to the UK's leading provider of heavy-duty vehicle lifts.

To be launched at the forthcoming Commercial Vehicle Show (April 26-28) at the NEC, the new two-post column lift from Halesowen-based TOTALKARE is part of a significant expansion of the firm's product portfolio.

The new lift has a 5,000kg capacity and comes equipped with four, extra-long three-stage arms, ideal for lifting long wheelbase vans. As a result it provides customers who work primarily on smaller vehicles with a reliable lifting solution that has all the benefits of larger systems primarily designed for heavier vehicles such as tractor units and buses.

James Radford, TOTALKARE Sales Director, explained: "We're constantly reviewing our product range to ensure we deliver comprehensive solutions for workshop operators across a wide range of sectors.

The two-post lifts will be making their public debut in Birmingham at the commercial vehicle industry's leading trade show. The 300m² TOTALKARE stand at the Commercial Vehicle Show is the company's largest ever, and visitors can get a close up look at the company's other products, including mobile cable-free column lifts, a fixed post lift and a wide range of accessories and ancillary products.
