Check our August listings for Unity Kitchen Cafe & Events in Stratford - we've got Chicks with Sticks, a free Introduction to Enterprise course and dance and fitness classes. We'll even be cheering the world's top 150 cyclists at the free Prudential RideLondon cycling festival on 4 August.

Prudential RideLondon free cycling festival 11.00am-4.00pm
Watch the world's top 150 cyclists set off from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on a ride that ends in Surrey.
The following free activities for children will be taking place at Unity Kitchen Cafe and Events:
A pedal-powered scalextric
A pedal-powered velodrome game
A pedal-powered smoothie maker - the first 200 smoothies will be given away free
