Para-dressage rider Sophie Wells MBE is thrilled to have been selected for the European Championship team later this month. Sophie will compete at the Europeans in Herning, Denmark (20^th- 25th August) and has recently been receiving some vital nutritional advice from Dodson & Horrell Area Manager, Rachael Sainsbury to help ensure Reece (Valerius) is in peak performance ahead of the Championships.

Sophie said: "I'm thrilled to be selected for the para-Europeans this year on Reece, he's on good form and it's all about keeping him fit and healthy in preparation. I would like to thank my whole team and sponsors for allowing me to train full time and for my horses to have the best".

Rising showjumping star Yazmin Pinchen is the newest Dodson & Horrell Brand Ambassador. Yazmin is certainly one to watch, with her recent performance in the CSI5* Monte-Carlo Global Champions Tour placing her 9^th; and the second highest British rider in the class.

Not only has event rider Piggy moved to a fabulous purpose build yard, she has five horses qualified for the Burghley Young Event Horse Final at Burghley Horse Trials in September. Three have qualified for the five year-old final and two for the four year-old final.

Finally, Laura Collett has once again proved she is made of tough stuff after her heavy fall at Tweseldown Horse Trials, Hampshire on 8th July. Now out of hospital, Laura is on the mend and plans to get back in the saddle and compete very soon. Both Piggy French and Laura have kindly agreed to host a Dodson & Horrell cross country course walk at Blenheim Palace Horse Trials next month.
