SearchFlow announces exciting line up for a new-look Property Forum Dinner
The 18thannual dinner welcomes George Clarke, Architect and property TV presenter as keynote speaker to address property industry leaders
SearchFlow, the UK's leading property search information provider, is delighted to announce the launch of the 18thProperty Forum Dinner, to be held once again at the Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden, London on 17thOctober.
The dinner has a rich heritage, attracting business leaders from across the legal, estate agency, surveying, lending and property information sectors to gather and network in a convivial atmosphere. The emphasis this year is very much on informality, but with guest speakers with both celebrity and wit to entertain.
The keynote speaker will be George Clarke, architect and property TV presenter, who will be making a keynote speech about his passion for creating new kinds of architecture, as well as freeing up existing housing supply to meet demand. He is well known for his Channel 4 property series The Home Show and Restoration Man and has also presented three series of ‘Build a New Life' for Channel Five and ‘The Empty Homes Show'. He also runs an award winning architectural practice and is a university lecturer.
The after-dinner speaker will be David Osborne, a practising criminal barrister by profession. In 1991 he hit the headlines and made legal history when he delivered his final speech to the jury entirely in verse. He has presented his show "An evening of Legal Humour" to critical acclaim, as well as presenting and starring in a legal revue entitled The Law is an Ass to full houses.
Diners will then be able to try their luck in the inaugural cashless Property Forum Casino and try and win a special prize.
SearchFlow have been proud to have facilitated the running of the Property Forum Dinner since it started back in the late 1990's and is now a regular fixture in the diaries of the business owners and directors from across the industry.

The Property Forum Dinner was formed originally as an intimate debating forum among peers. It has grown in popularity each year for networking and engagement in a convivial atmosphere. In recent years, the forum has taken on a "Question Time" style panel debate with often lively exchanges with the diners.
Previous Chairs have included Paul Lewis, presenter of BBC Money Box, and Property TV presenter Melissa Porter. Past speakers and panellists include senior figures from the Council of Mortgage Lenders, Law Society, Land Registry, Nationwide Building Society, Deutsche Bank and Members of Parliament.
