DRIVERSCOPE GETS DEALERS THE GREEN LIGHT

Every year, thousands of pounds worth of amber work is identified during vehicle health checks, only to drive out the door never to return again. Why? Because most dealerships do not have the resources to follow up at the right time and in the right way to bring those customers back in. To deal with this issue Driverscope has added a VHC follow-up module to its well established Campaigndriver Service & MOT reminder package that will help to convert deferred amber work to green, cost effectively and with minimal effort.

Campaigndriver works byautomatically extracting data from the dealers existing EVHC system, and delivering a proven after sales follow-up process. The new Vehicle Health Check module uses an extension of this process, linking seamlessly into electronic VHC systems to access data about identified amber work, then delivering automated reminders to customers at the time set for follow up, using an effective layered system.

The process makes it very easy for customers to respond, resulting in 1 in 6 immediate requests to book in for re-inspection. It also gathers information such as whether the customer has had the work done elsewhere or whether the vehicle has changed hands, providing vital monitoring and keeping databases up to date.
