Aldermore ‘banks’ on new rapid recruitment solution

An innovative new rapid recruitment solution has secured the backing of one of the fastest rising specialist banks in the UK.

Aldermore Bank, which offers tailored financial services to recruiters nationwide, is offering an exclusive discount to customers looking to invest in Mercury xRM software. The generous incentive to customers can be used towards training and set-up costs associated with the solution.

The bank was set up in 2009 during the height of the recession to offer straightforward financial services to SMEs. It already provides a suite of offers to customers that work in the recruitment sector and has expanded this offering to include Mercury xRM. After only recently being launched to the UK-wide market, the solution is already gaining widespread attention from recruiters looking to fill more vacancies more quickly. It was the innovation of the software and its functionality that made Aldermore want to offer it as an extra benefit for clients in the recruitment sector.

Damon Walford, Managing Director of Invoice Finance for Aldermore Bank explained: “As a bank we pride ourselves on our innovation and the fact that our services are different from those offered by other banks. We tailor our services towards the individual needs of SMEs and Mercury xRM takes a similar approach to innovation.

“It has been developed to solve a serious problem for recruiters – to quickly source relevant candidates to fill a position. As a cloud-based solution it provides a hassle-free and time effective way for recruiters work and we think it will be a great incentive for recruiters to choose us for their business banking needs.

Mercury xRM quickly compiles a database of potential candidates to suit any position. The single solution can take a vacancy, source relevant CVs from job boards and social media platforms, publish a vacancy advert to job boards online, and assign potential candidates against a vacancy in record time. Recruiters can then view details of potential candidates and refine their list of those they want to select for interview, a process that typically takes up to two hours when performed manually.

A solution that is constantly innovating, Mercury xRM recently went live on the latest version of Microsoft CRM offering an improved user interface when accessed remotely from tablets and smartphones. It is also available as a downloadable app for recruiters, further enhancing its flexibility and functionality.

Mark Britton, Marketing Manager at Microsoft Gold Partner Crimson, who develop the solution, said: “We are delighted Aldermore Bank Mercury xRM. To have the support of such a widely respected banking organisation speaks volumes about the reliability, innovation and functionality of our rapid recruitment solution. We are looking forward to demonstrating its capabilities to even more recruiters with the support of Aldermore Bank.
