NURVO ANNOUNCES AFFORDABLE TABLET ALTERNATIVES

British consumer tech manufacturer Nurvo has unveiled two tablets aimed at people who want a more affordable gadget choice.

Its budget options are now available in 7" and 10" screen sizes, with specifications to match devices in a much higher price bracket. Both versions have dual-core processors, are WiFi enabled and sport the Android Jelly Bean operating system, giving access to the Google Play Store and its plethora of apps, games and tunes, as well as the ability for owners to set up multiple accounts making the tablets perfect for families.

The 7" tablet (RRP £59.99) has a screen resolution of 800 x 480 and 4GB of storage, with the option to upgrade this to 16GB using a memory card. Connectivity options include fast 802.11 b/g/n WiFi connection and micro USB. It has a 0.3MP front-facing camera and a battery life of up to 3 hours.

The 10" tablet (RRP £129.00) comes with 16GB of storage and there's a TF slot for adding up to 32GB more. Connectivity options include fast 802.11 b/g/n WiFi connection, mini HDMI and micro USB. The screen resolution is 1024 x 600. It has a 2.0MP rear-facing camera, and a 0.2MP front-facing camera perfect for selfies! The battery will last up to 6 hours.
