FIRST TO BENEFIT FROM SIMPLE LIFTING SOLUTION

Independent coach operator, Johnson Brothers, has become one of the first companies of its type to benefit from an innovative lift adaptor that makes it easier to inspect the underside of smaller vehicles.

The Light Vehicle Adapter (LVA) from SOMERSTOTALKARE - the UK's leading supplier of heavy duty vehicle lifts - has provided a real boost for the Mansfield-based firm and as it looks to expand its operations.

Neil Randall, Johnson Brothers Workshop Foreman, explained: "In recent year's our operations have grown to include the service and repair of a wide range of vehicles from many different transport operators and other organisations.

"We've used SOMERSTOTALKARE lifts for many years and the new adaptor means that we do not have to invest in more equipment to enable us to look after smaller vehicles such as vans and 4x4 vehicles.

"Our new LVAs have been in constant use, utilising a pair of lifts from one of our many sets of Cable Free lifts and we are now considering utilising the another spare pair of lifts with another LVA from SOMERSTOTLKARE."

The LVAs provide a simple lifting solution for workshops that already use S6ng and S6cf mobile column lifts. The system is designed to work with two column lifts, with a combined capacity of 4,000kg.
