Spring is just around the corner with a range of late deals from luxury Dorset holiday cottage business Greenwood Grange

With a seven night deal at £999 (a 15% reduction on normal prices) available from 21 February at the appropriately named "Durbaville" cottage sleeping up to eight, visitors will find that this part of the South West is very much "open for business" and unaffected by recent floods.

The beautifully designed Durbaville detached bungalow is set in its own private gardens. The master bedroom boasts a wrought iron bedstead and designer wall fire plus a claw-foot roll top bath in the bedroom adds a touch of decadence!

A selection of the cottages allow pets, so if you don't want to leave the dog behind you can take advantage of cosy Kingsbere cottage which sleeps three and accepts pets - just £320 for a week from 22 February. The L-shaped large sitting room, kitchen and dining area is beautifully furnished and well equipped and the cottage has tiled floors throughout, with natural rugs adding a touch of comfort.

Another pet friendly cottage is Sandbourne which sleeps four and is located in the main courtyard. It has one double bedroom (with TV) and one twin room with zip link beds, plus room for a cot and is available at just £445 from Saturday, 22 February.

The final late deal for this week is for Yalbury cottage. This two-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with zip link twin beds. A cot is also provided. The sitting room has a flat screen television and DVD player with a traditional comfy sofa and chairs to relax into. Available from Friday, 21 February for £445 this represents a 15% reduction on the quoted rates.

Greenwood Grange has a number of fabulous facilities for guests including two top-quality tennis courts, badminton, croquet and boules plus a children's outdoor play area with swings and a giant trampoline. There is also an enticing indoor 32ft x 16 ft swimming pool available for all guests to enjoy with changing rooms and a coin operated sauna.
