New role for Mike at EMST Development/emst01 / 03.03.14

A Preston business, originally set up to coach managers, is now offering a range of personal development programmes. EMST Development, founded by Mike Thomason, uses a variety of coaching, mentoring and NLP techniques to help people lead happier and more successful lives.

About Mike Thomason

Mike Thomason is a coach and mentor specialising in personal and management development. Originally from Stoke-on-Trent he began his career as a violin teacher. In 1994 he started work for Lancashire County Council's Music Service and after a series of promotions became Senior Management - (Operations) in 1997.

He had countywide responsibility for recruitment and selection, income generation, professional development, quality assurance and customer satisfaction. He was a service evaluation partner as part of a Government funded national peer review scheme.

Mike Thomason has an MBA in Human Resource Management, a certificate in Coaching & Mentoring in Management and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming.
