More people buying replacement tractor parts as farmers struggle
Rise in number of people buying engine spares rather than new tractors

Emmark UK, the UK’s largest supplier of tractor parts and replacement spares, reports that the number of people buying spares is on the rise as less and less farmers are choosing to splash out on new farming machinery.

The company, based in Pudsey, was founded in 1988 and has been providing British farmers with replacement solutions for decades. They’re an independent supplier and sell affordable agricultural parts across the UK and around the world, distributing to over 50 countries in 5 continents.

They’ve grown in popularity in recent years and they credit the increase in sales on the increasing difficulty of farmers in the UK and elsewhere to make ends meet and access loans, preventing many from being able to purchase brand new equipment.

A spokesperson for the company said:

“In recent years, times have been much harder for farmers, whether in this country or abroad, which has resulted in a lot of farmers simply not having access to the necessary funds needed to invest in new tractors.

“Instead, what we’re seeing is more people are opting to buy farming equipment spares from ourselves and other replacement part providers.”

Emmark sell products for all of the leading tractor manufacturers, including global names such as Caterpillar, David Brown, Ford, John Deere and Massey Ferguson.

“The biggest benefit of shopping with Emmark is that we can supply you with items for the biggest names in the tractor world, providing you with a solution that will have your tractor running as good as new.

“Buying new parts and improving your tractor is a much more affordable option than buying a new one outright, which is why thousands each year choose to shop with Emmark.”

Emmark UK Ltd is one of the original tractor replacement parts providers. The company was established in 1988, is family run and quickly expanded into new markets. Today, Emmark distribute across 5 continents, providing affordable solutions to farmers no matter where they are. For more information visit their website at www.emmark.co.uk.
