Super quality storage for luxury homes

With style and quality key to the success of the 22 bespoke luxury homes at the impressive Montague Park development in Winkfield, Berkshire, Charles Church turned to Draks to design, supply and install high quality, stylish wardrobes in the four and five bedroom executive properties.

Guide prices for the homes, which are set in a gated parkland setting, start from £1.25 million and Draks worked closely with the sales team at Charles Church, as well as the interior designer, to ensure appropriate product ranges and specifications were selected for the scheme. The Draks products chosen include Canto doors in a custom-painted finish with soft white glass in-fill; sliding aluminium doors in a wenge finish; sliding Jericho doors in white gloss with oak grain details; and Milan cream gloss hinged doors.

Draks installed wardrobes in all five bedrooms of the show home at Montague Park in order to show the widest range of options available to buyers. The wardrobe interiors include lit hanging rails, jewellery drawers and other options from the Draks range.

Each of the homes has wardrobes as standard in the master bedroom with a full carcass interior, drawers, shelves and single and double hanging. Buyers have the option of choosing Draks "standard" wardrobes for the other bedrooms in their new home and can place orders through Charles Church. Alternatively, a member of the Draks sales team provides one-to-one help in choosing a specification to suit individual needs.

Draks manufactures all its products in the UK and has over fifteen years' experience in supplying custom made doors and interiors from its Oxfordshire factory. With lead times of around four weeks, Draks undertakes site surveys of each home at Montague Park. With the ability to provide complete control over delivery times and product quality, the company's own team of CSCS registered installers fits the wardrobes as required by Charles Church's build schedule.
