Taylor UK is supplying the Taylor 430 frozen beverage machine, a compact countertop unit that makes the creation of a range of high quality frozen drinks simple.

Hand spun milkshakes are premium items, made by blending together ingredients rather than through using a pre-made mix. This can be time consuming, and requires specialist staff training. The 430 is compatible with Taylor’s optional front mounted Spinner. This is a small blender that quickly and simply blends shakes to add a hand-spun texture, as well as mixing in additional flavoured syrups, purees and mix ins to create a range of tempting custom drinks.

The 430 is a high performance machine and, alongside those home-spun shakes, it’s equally capable of making American style thick shakes and ice based drinks like slushies or granitas. With a footprint of just 700mm (h) x 408mm (w) x 701mm (d), it is powered by a standard 13amp socket making it ideal for use in areas with limited space. The 13.2 litre hopper gives it a production capacity of 40.8 litres of thick shake an hour – up to 100 12oz portions. This allows a range of businesses to add these popular and profitable drinks to their menu and keep up with demand even during peak times. Mix viscosity is fully adjustable to ensure product is made according to taste and preferences.

As the Spinner is integrated into the 430 it creates a streamlined working zone and reduces the risk of cross contamination. The 430 is also compatible with the Taylor FlavourBurst system, which allows for up to eight different flavours to be dispensed from the same unit. The 430 can also be customised with decals on the stainless steel exterior, making it easy for the unit to fit with branding.
