BLANCO UK sponsors the RAF Red Arrows at the St Albans Film Festival
 
  

For the second year running, BLANCO UK will be sponsoring the St Albans Film Festival. This year the BLANCO UK focus will be the Royal Air Force (RAF) Red Arrows parachute display team.

The RAF Red Arrows plan to parachute into the Verulamium Park just outside the Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre in St Albans on 4^thMay at 11am. When the team has landed, they will assemble and salute the Mayor of St Albans and Ron Blount, Managing Director of BLANCO UK, based in St Albans.

Leoni Kibbey, Director of the festival says, "After a successful first festival in 2013 we are really excited about the great events we have planned for this year.

"Our theme is Birds & Flight and so we are thrilled that BLANCO UK is sponsoring this amazing display from the Red Arrows this year, which is a free event for people to enjoy.

"The Festival will be screening over 100 films in the city's many venues, running film and flight-related events, workshops and talks as well as giving prizes to the winners of our short film competition: this year we had over 400 entries from filmmakers of all ages from around the world."
