Tulip launches colleague benefits programme

The UK's leading consumer foods solutionbusiness Tulip Ltd has launched a brand new benefits programme that gives its 7,500 employees access to hundreds of pounds worth of savings. My Tulip Rewards, which launched in May, enables Tulip colleagues to take advantage of savings on everything from their weekly grocery shopping to gym membership and holidays.

As well as the great savings, employees are also being encouraged to join a Cycle to Work scheme which enables them to reduce the cost of a new bike by up to 42%.

The scheme has offers with over 1,200 retailers which range from straightforward, savings on pre-loadable gift cards to cash back offers and to ensure as many colleagues as possible have access to the My Tulip Rewards site a fully mobile version is also available on smartphone and tablet devices.

Tulip Group HR Director Kirsty Wilkins explains: "This is the first time we have been able to introduce such a comprehensive voluntary benefits scheme, My Tulip Rewards has been created specifically to give colleagues access to a wide range of savings to help them make their money go a little bit further.

"We are confident that My Tulip Rewards really does have something for everyone and are particularly keen to see as many people as possible take advantage of the Cycle to Work scheme, not only will it help to reduce our impact on the environment but it is also a great way to get fit.

"It is still very early days however we have had a fantastic response with a significant percentage of our workforce having already signed up to start saving."
