About Matt Woosey

Matt Woosey is a British blues singer, songwriter and guitarist born in Cornwall, raised in Bristol and now living in Malvern - not your ‘typical’ blues background! Starting out in music at the age of 15 he soon took up the guitar and became so proficient that this became the bedrock of his music writing and his muscular voice provides a vibrato similar to that of Roger Chapman of the band Family.

His Hook, Line & Sinker EP was released in April 2014. In November 2014 Matt is releasing his 8th CD ‘While the Cat’s Away’ which features orchestral arrangements.
