New Key Account Manager for Blackburn Area 

Thorite, the UK's biggest independent distributor of pneumatic products and process systems, has appointed Patrick Turmore (51) to the position of Key Account Manager, to be based at the company's Blackburn Sales & Service Centre. 

Patrick brings many years of pneumatics experience to his new role, having previously worked for a major Italian pneumatics manufacturer, before forming his own company in which pneumatics and air products were prominent sales features. 

The challenge of building on an experienced Thorite presence in the Blackburn area particularly appeals to Patrick. He enjoys the machinery fault-finding process of customer service and is also looking forward to aiding in the design and increasing the performance of automated systems. He will no doubt provide valuable assistance and expertise for both existing and future customers. 

Patrick lives in Burnley and lists sailing, scuba diving and travel as his most enjoyable leisure interests.
