Providing a splendid blend of the latest ergonomic manual and material lifting solutions to health and safety managers, representatives from across the UK, maintenance engineers and general managers of no less than thirty five UK companies and businesses, Advanced Handling opened their new fully interactive showroom to an impressed and inspired audience, inviting attendees to discover the extent of which manual handling risks can be reduced within the workplace.

In the continual pursuit and interest in minimalizing injuries within repetitive roles in the workplace, the focus for the recent open day was, aside from unveiling the new showroom, a chance for one of the leading industry experts to present their ever expanding range of materials handling equipment, with complete solutions available for a diverse range of applications and operating environments.

The visiting representatives came from an array of different backgrounds, including the food and drink industries, aviation (with members from leading aircraft manufacturers), power and energy suppliers and packaging manufacturers where the use of material handling equipment plays a key role within company health and safety objectives for all attending. The main focus for Advanced Handling was to demonstrate the flexibility of their products within different environments, including the flexibility and versatility of their Movomech overhead vacuum lifting systems, PRONOMIC lifting trolleys, static scissor lifts and mezzanine goods lifts, which have assisted Advanced Handling in building their huge reputation across many industries.

Speaking on behalf of the company, Managing Director, Mike Prince commented on the positive impact presenting demonstrations has on their potential customers and Advanced Handling’s ability to examine the customer’s needs, creating a bespoke solution wherever required, by saying:

“The extent and commitment to invest in these solutions makes it even more important they work for the specific application – seeing and trialling them can make all the difference.”

With over three decades experience, the technical ability and resources to design and build ergonomic lifting solutions for loads up to 10 tonnes and heights of 12 metres, Advanced Handling presents dedicated solutions to incorporate into any working environment.
