Taking the heat out of radiator photography
Pictured is an example of image comping by MicroGraphix for Infrarad Limited
MicroGraphix specialises in high-quality, creative, cost-effective photography.Composite imagery, where products and locations are merged for fantastic, budget-breaking results, is just one branch of the imaginative company's tree. (www.micrographix.co.uk/comps).
Chris Coggins, MicroGraphix's director of photography, explains "We specialise in placing products in specific situations and spaces. The resultant images are as good as the real thing!. The process is cost-effective, time-efficient and we can design to the client's exact requirements.
When Infrarad, a new company which sells innovative infrared radiators for all sorts of surroundings - bathrooms, kitchens, patios, gym studios, conservatories - needed to produce a photographic library for the new website and marketing activities, MicroGraphix was bang on target. Peter Ferguson, Infrarad's MD, explains "Our products are the next thing in stylish heating - so we had to get the images just right. There are so many situations where one could potentially use our radiators, we could not possibly build a set for each! With MicroGraphix, we can produce as many images as we want."
The team, which is based in Oxfordshire, is creative, experienced and flexible and works out of state-of-the art facilities which include two purpose-built studios for over 915 m2of studio space, a fully adjustable floating ceiling, a 12 m2wide infinity cove and roller shutter doors for easy access.
