Active Products Announce UK Distributorship for GreenTyre.

Essex based company Active Products have been appointed UK distributors for the original GreenTyre puncture proof wheelbarrow tyre.

The Active Products UK business have reported a solid year of sales driven by a strong innovation agenda which is creating new year round retail opportunities for their high quality, affordable products spanning lighting, automotive, gardening, leisure and household.

Supplying some of the UK's largest retailers including B&Q, Tesco and Halfords, Active Products is best known for their original AP lighting range created in 2003, which has evolved considerably over the years and now includes six ranges catering to the budget mass market for domestic purposes and extending right through to trade professionals and emergency services for commercial use who demand versatility and serious power from their torches.

With their logistics expertise and relationships with the DIY, Grocery and Wholesale sectors, Active Products have been successful in securing a number of UK distributorships including No Weed™ Dansand®, Turtle Wax, the world's leading brand in car care products and recently in 2014, the puncture proof wheel barrow tyre from Green Tyre.

Greentyres was established in 1992 with a mission to develop and commercialise a solution to the problem of traditional rubber tyres going flat. The innovative tyre products use modern polyurethanes derived from those commonly used in sports shoes to form a tyre of regular consistency that will not go flat.

The GreenTyre is a puncture proof wheelbarrow tyre and comes available in 14" and 16" sizes with universal hub fittings, is earth friendly and 100% recyclable. The product comes with a warning that it may outlast your wheelbarrow!
