British sodium-reduced salt taken up in Southeast Asia in advance of UK listings

The British company behind a low sodium alternative to salt is successfully targeting markets in the Asia Pacific region. The Low Sodium Sea Salt Company will officially announce its joint-venture agreement with Greentrade Industries Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, today at the opening day of theFood Matters Liveexhibition at London's ExCeL.

The new company will import and market the range of SOLO^®reduced sodium sea salts, together with SOLO^®inclusive further processed foods, to all segments of the Malaysian market in addition to neighbouring export destinations.
