Solar Panel warning

In response to reports that elderly residents in Stafford have been approached by people on their doorstep claiming to be installing solar panels on behalf of Stafford and Rural Homes, Mark Edwards, Head of Asset Management at the housing association said: "SARH has no current programme for installing solar panels.

"SARH informs customers by letter in the first instance when we carry out any works. SARH has no contractors in place for this work at present."

Anyone who has any doubts about anyone selling services or goods door-to-door should contact the Police on 101.
