New EPCO Electric Actuators Optimise Control Solutions 

Providing a real boon for machine builders and process industry maintenance personnel, the new range of EPCO electric actuators makes positioning easier than ever before. Offering the simplicity of pneumatic cylinders EPCO's switched on versions incorporate all the advantages of rapid operating speeds and flexibility that electric drive incorporates. 

The new range is available in equivalent versions of 16, 25 and 40mm pneumatic cylinders. Positioning can be set anywhere within the stroke limit, with a repetition accuracy of 0.02mm, enabling flexible, fast and reliable product processing and grade changes. 

By combining the electric actuators with EPCO's CMMO-ST drive up to 31 preconfigured parameters can be easily set controlling positioning, velocity and force, all of which can be sequenced in any order. Programming is simple too - the CMMO-ST drive can be commissioned via the internet and OEMs or end-users can connect to the drive via their ethernet IP address. 

Mounting couldn't be more straightforward either, with the choice of foot, flange or swivel mounts and a full adapter kit if required.
