Car leasing company, UK Carline have commented on their partnership with UK children’s charity organisation, Cash for Kids, as they set up a drop-off point for gift donations towards the Mission Christmas campaign this winter.

Cash for Kids is run by the Bauer Radio network of local charities, covering over 21 areas of the UK in total. Some of the radio stations included within the network are 97.4 Rock Fm, Kerrang, Cool Fm and Radio City, radio stations which draw in a huge number of listeners.

Mission Christmas is a yearly campaign run by Cash for Kids, working with a number of organisations in the UK, with drop-off points set up for people to visit and donate presents, new and unwrapped, to the various locations. UK Carline suggest that one present can make all the difference.

These presents will be gifted to the underprivileged children across the country, aged between 0 and 18, and all the donations made locally, are spent locally. For those who can’t make it to a drop-off point, cash donations are available on Cash for Kids website. An option is available for anyone to make some form of donation.

The campaign has been a proven success in past years, with £6.9 million in gifts and cash raised, which was a 28% increase from 2012. Support from local communities in each of the drop-off areas, radio initiatives, and support from celebrities such as Ant and Dec have all been factors in spreading the message and bringing in donations.

UK Carline are an official drop-off point and supporter for Cash for Kids’ Christmas campaign this year. The drop-off point will be situated at UK Carline’s Preston headquarters’, and any new gifts donated at this site will help the underprivileged kids in the area.
