transplants, last week attended and played host at the What’s On 4 Me Awards,
helping to celebrate the UK’s top adult activity providers.
The event, held in association with Ideal Weight, a company
setup to help people lose weight and keep it off, took place at Earl’s court on
the 20th November. The event lasted several hours and was the
biggest and most successful yet.
In all, there was in excess of 1,000 nominations, tens of
thousands of votes received and 94 finalists spread over 22 categories. There were
a number of prizes up for grabs, from Best
Community, Fund Raising Group or Charity Group to Best Skill or Academic Learning Provider.

Beauty, Cosmetic or Image Enhancement Service categories.
The award for Best
Slimming, Wellbeing or Lifestyle Service went to North East-based Debbie
Holden while London’s Thinking Slimmer Weight Loss was voted runner up. For Best Beauty, Cosmetic or Image Enhancement
Service, The Relaxation Den in Sheffield was voted the winner and Health
& Beauty by Halima Jafari from Bristol took runner up.
