Elements provides the perfect flooring solution for First State Investments
Gensler, the global architectural practice, chose Quadrant Carpets to supply 1620m2 of carpet tiles for the prestigious relocation project for First State Investments, a global investment management corporation based in the City of London. Gensler established clear flooring criteria from the outset of the design process, and the Elements range was the perfect fit; the high quality construction, subtle texture and contemporary colours coordinating seamlessly with the other components of the scheme.
Commenting on this process, Lead Architect for Gensler, Christopher Crawford stated, "We needed a pattern that was subtle enough not to clash or interfere with the rest of the design, but complement it perfectly. It was important to have the right level of texture and pattern to cope with high traffic areas."
The darker colour carpet was used within the cellular spaces to create a more intimate atmosphere whilst in the open plan areas a lighter colour tile was used to provide a neutral background for the brighter colours used in the furniture.
