Relax Office Furniture Ltd, a prominent UK seller of office
furniture, believes that with increasing emphasis on branding and health and
safety that next year could be a big one for commercial furniture
manufacturers.
The prediction comes only weeks after a study from the ONS
suggested that British retail grew with the main driving force being furniture
sales.
A representative for the company believes that the office
furniture industry could be in for a big 2015 with the economy picking up and
more businesses having more money to spend.
“It seems that there is more willingness at the moment to
spend on furniture, to invest in the appearance of the office and give workers
and customers alike a more enjoyable and pleasant experience, and all the
indications point to that following through into next year and 2015 being
another good year for providers of furniture in the UK.
“Already, last month, the Office for National Statistics
released data showing that furniture as a whole was spearheading massive
growing in British retail sales, and we fully expect that a large part of that
growth is accounted for by office furniture.
“Certainly, speaking for ourselves, we’ve been really busy
this last quarter and have completed many large orders. Everything from
executive office chairs to filing cabinets have been flying off the proverbial
shelf,” explained Relax Office Furniture spokesman.
Amongst other things, it’s believed that the UK economy as a
whole is improving and with businesses having more money at their disposal,
many are investing it in office supplies and décor.

commercial furniture sector since 2008. They sell throughout the UK and have a
