4see - new look, new structure

Market leading Health, Safety and Environmental consultancy, 4see, is announcing a fresh business structure coupled with a new look.

After ten years in business, the directors have taken stock and decided to make changes in order to re-connect with what makes 4see different in the fields in which it operates.

Instead of trading as the ‘4See Group' with separate divisions covering risk management, training, environmental, and asbestos, the company will now be known simply as ‘4see Ltd'.

To coincide with this change, 4see is changing its branding with a new logo using a lower case ‘s' in the company's title and simplifying the colours it uses. The company identity has always featured geese and they will still feature prominently.

Leigh Hayman, Commercial Director, 4see Ltd, explains: "Ten years ago we set out with an ambition to change the face of health and safety by being different - by being a breath of fresh air. And we succeeded.

"Over time our business grew and we expanded into other fields through client demands and acquisitions. But at the same time we began to lose that differentiation that made 4see different and we started to look like everyone else and a bit ordinary.

So now we are re-connecting with our point of difference and defining a clear compelling role for the brand."

The new vision to take the company into the next ten years accelerates growth, amplifies the company's strengths and creates a bigger, clearer and more powerful brand for the future.

"Compliance without conformity is the way we see it," says Leigh. "Our aim is to get things 100% right, 100% of the time. We are a challenger brand - we do things differently. We are innovative by concentrating on what our clients can do rather than on what they can't. We make compliance simple."

Leigh summarises by citing three key reasons why clients like to work with 4see.

"We are obsessive about building relationships, taking ownership of a problem and challenging the norm. It makes us what we are and creates exciting solutions that challenge the way we think and the way our clients think."
