Draks selected again on quality and service

With a reputation for luxurious specification, Ashford Homes has long recognised the quality and service provided by Draks. Consequently, it is no surprise that the award-winning developer has again selected the company's design-led wardrobes, this time for its Holburne Place scheme in Bath.

Holburne Place is an elegant new apartment building, blending seamlessly into an established Georgian terrace. The development comprises two, 3-bedroom maisonettes and twelve 2-and 3-bedroom apartments and features Ashford's highest build specification, winning both the local and regional LABC Building Excellence Award 2014.

At Holburne Place, the aluminum range from Draks was specified in combination with soft white glass and oak interiors to create a simple, contemporary look. The wardrobes were installed in all the master bedrooms and in the guest suites of the three bedroom homes at the scheme.

Draks' aluminum framed sliding wardrobe doors are offered in a variety of coloured glass and mirror finishes. The doors are available with or without mid rails. The frames come as standard in an anodised finish but may be powder coated in any RAL colour, allowing the frame exactly to match individual interiors.

All the wardrobe products offered by Draks are made in the UK at its Oxfordshire factory and can be supplied with short lead times to meet build schedules. Flexibility of production, coupled with a CAD design service, allows doors to be specified exactly to suit the individual needs of housebuilders while maintaining the highest quality finish. All products are fitted by the company's own team of CSCS registered installers, ensuring complete control over delivery times and product quality.
