UK Hog Roasting Company, Pig Roast Catering, have recently commented on the E-CO2 acquisition made by Alltech, technology which can help improve understanding of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture and the food chain.

The UK provider of on-farm environmental assessments, E-CO2 has been purchased by Alltech to help with the development of the two to boost agri-environment credentials and allow farmers to make their operations sustainable, efficient and profitable.

E-CO2 has changed its name to Alltech E-CO2, as the two companies combine to help farmers make the best environmental decisions for their agriculture and food chains, allowing for assessments on each aspect of farming to determine the best course of action to improve greenhouse emissions.
