Rita Trehan to speak at OSHRM Conference
Rita Trehan, business transformation specialist and Chief Capacity Officer at Rita Trehan LLC, is to speak at the first annual Omani Society for Human Resources Management (OSHRM) Conference. The event takes place on Tuesday 24 March 2015 at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel in Muscat.
The theme of the conference is Empowering HR - The Tools and Practices. In her talk, HR Capacity – the new model of HR, Rita will discuss how HR arrived where it is today and how it can move forward. Rita’s presentation will begin at 10.30 am.
The following day, Wednesday 25 March 2015, Rita will be the keynote speaker at the event hosted by OSHRM honorary president, Dr. Amer bin Awad Al Rawas. This panel discussion will see Rita give her talk How toTurnaround Businesses and Focus on Results and Profitability – examples from the global industry.
The OSHRM is a non-government organisation. It aims to develop HR capability in the sultanate by providing tools, knowledge and standards that will help HR professionals excel.
