New customers are provided with product training to ensure confidence in using the products to achieve optimum results. Similarly, new products are thoroughly tested on site and training modules are developed in partnership with contractors.

Training is also available for all users of complex systems such as cold-setting methyl methacrylate flooring products.

The technical services team is available to make pre-contract inspections and offers site-specific design and installation advice to customers. Ongoing project support is also available; this may include assistance with problem-solving and design issues.
