Providing the best customer service is a top priority for North Wales company Menai Heating Ltd, which has just achieved partner accreditation from the Innasol Customer Excellence Programme.

To become an Innasol certified partner, prospective or existing partners must achieve exceptional scores at Innasol training courses, demonstrate product understanding and proficiency in installation and maintenance and, all importantly, provide great customer service.
"It was crucial to be one of the first few companies in the UK to complete the renewable heating industry's first accreditation scheme. Through our partnership, we have ongoing access to the very latest in technical training, meaning that we are amongst the best placed to advise our customers throughout the entire process. We bring the very best in biomass and heat pump technologies to our customers and, in doing so, save them up to 45% on energy bills," says Lee.
