MAJOR MAKEOVER FOR THORITE'S DONCASTER SALES & SERVICE CENTRE

Following a complete internal strip out and top quality reconstruction, plus a major exterior refurbishment and rebranding, the recently re-opened Thorite Sales and Service Centre in Doncaster now offers local customers the best choices in both pneumatic products and engineering expertise available in the area. 

Thorite is the UK's biggest independent distributor of pneumatic products and process systems and has operated from the premises in Wheatley Hall Road since 1987, although Thorite originally opened a Doncaster branch in the mid 80's. However, the company's rapidly expanding product range and increasing numbers of specialist support service personnel meant the Centre urgently needed better facilities. 

The complete refurbishment has transformed the original building and created a smart new showroom and private consultation area, better product displays, increased stock holding, plus prominently displaying Thorite's recently redesigned corporate identity in signage and internal graphics. Three internal sales staff are supported by an external Key Account Manager and a Service Engineer, plus an Operations Manager and a Customer Services Manager. The refurbishment has also enabled the Doncaster Centre to now provide servicing and repairs for a complete range of compressors for industrial, manufacturing and processing customers in the local area. 

Speaking of the Centre's improvements Alan Donkersley, Thorite's Sales Director said: "I've taken a great deal of personal interest in overseeing the changes at our Doncaster Centre and I'm really impressed with the end results.
