illbruck's PU010 foam adhesive is the only B1 fire-rated one on the market today and so is proving popular with builders and dry-lining contractors alike.

Supplied in cartons of a dozen 750 ml canisters to which the application gun is connected, it is a rapid-curing gun grade polyurethane adhesive and ideal for the rapid installation of plasterboard, insulation or acoustic panels, EIFS, roof decking and similar sheet materials.PU010 is compatible with many common substrates including masonry, concrete, timber and metal. The adhesive forms a high-strength bond after just 40 minutes and expands so it can also be used to fill gaps, cavities and uneven surfaces, without pushing the panel out of alinement.

This brand new technology allows the fitting of panels far quicker than with more traditional dot and dab systems.
