PCG Invest, the USA Buy to Let specialist has teamed up withB2R Financepart of theBlackstone (BX) group to give its overseas clients access to $300,000 mortgages to invest in high net yield USA buy to let income producing properties.
The loans of $300,000 are on a fixed rate 5.5% for 5-10 years on a 30-year term, with the borrower investing $100,000 (approx. £65,000*) of their own money.
As the U.S. economy continues to improve and the job market grows, demand for rental property increases. Growing numbers of PCG Invest clients from all over the world are keen to build larger portfolios but have not been able to borrow money either at home or in the USA.

Loan repayments are $1,700 per month, which works out at $20,400 per year giving investors an annual NET income after the loan payment $47,600.
