Kendrick Homes supports ‘Hagfest' with sponsorship
Kendrick Homes is throwing its weight behind Hagfest, the brand new local music festival in Hagley, by sponsoring the event and helping to raise money for a much-needed community centre in the village.
The fun-filled family music event will take place from 12pm - 8pm on Hagley playing fields on Saturday 4th July and will feature top local bands and performers sourced by Base Studios in Stourbridge and is set to rock the park.
Featuring an eclectic mix of music styles from rock and pop to folk and ska this festival will get the whole family on their feet, including a band line-up that's set to include 10 highly sought-after local performers.
James Rennison, managing director of Kendrick Homes Limited commented, "With a head office in Stourbridge and a company that spans five generations of the Kendrick family we feel very supportive of a community hub in Hagley.
"A local community centre in the Hagley village would certainly be very welcome and that's why we are supporting this year's Hagfest.
Our family-run construction group is celebrating 135 years this year our expertise in building exclusive family and executive properties can be seen currently at our development in Sweetpool Lane in Hagley and our newly launched Oriel development in Stourbridge.

Kendrick Homes Limited, part of the Kendrick Construction Group) have been building homes since 1880 and have recently built a brand new Head Office and moved their entire team to Stourbridge, West Midlands.
Now based at Westhill House on the Hagley Road their brand new purpose built centre has not only been built by their own team, but it has enabled the company to house its ever expanding staff under one roof.
Kendrick Homes is this year celebrating 135 years in business and have their own architects, building, planning and project management staff and the team continues to grow with an eye for further expansion over the next few years.
William Kendrick originally founded the firm back in 1880 and his Black Country roots and reputation for skilled and conscientious work soon enabled him to win substantial contracts throughout the region.
He was later joined by his son, who continued to guide the company's growth after the founder's death at the ripe old age of 91.
