Made in the UK, the latest Econoplate "H" Series interface unit is ideal for district heating schemes. This innovative unit allows simpler, effective and flexible integration of low to zero carbon technology at the central plantroom, increasing overall energy efficiency.
Stokvis Energy Systems Director Paul Sands explains: "Where you are looking at flats, sheltered schemes or student accommodation it is a lot simpler and safer to have a district boiler rather than individual boilers requiring annual gas inspections and servicing. The H Series interface unit can be located in a kitchen or utility space the same as a conventional boiler and draws heat from the main flow and return circuit, via a packaged heat exchanger interface."
Also to be featured at the show, The Stokvis Econoplate is now available in over 250 models for a range of applications including domestic hot water service, low temperature hot water heating, steam-to-water, swimming pool heating and even complex process heating.
Econoplate units are designed to transfer heat from one medium to another, only requiring two fluids to make a single pass through the heat exchanger. For domestic hot water service applications hot water can be provided instantaneously, without the need for storage.
Also spotlighted on the Stokvis stand will be the company's range of fully modulating condensing boilers, electronic pressure sets, solar thermal panels and Econo-Air direct fired gas heating and ventilation units.
