Volpa Shortlisted for Prestigious CIPR PRide Award

Perth-based integrated communications agency, Volpa is celebrating after being shortlisted for Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations PRide Awards 2015.

The first time Volpa have been shortlisted for this award, the recognition comes after a period of significant growth for the award-winning agency that specialises in providing cunningly good publicity for its clients. The business has grown its client base in recent months, now working closely with an array of high profile clients including Scone Palace, Stirling University, Doune The Rabbit Hole and Stirling Fringe, as well as long established clients such as The Enchanted Forest, St Andrews Aquarium, Scotland's Secret Bunker and The Famous Grouse Experience.

Reacting to the surge in business, Volpa has recently appointed two additional team members who will join in the forthcoming months, expanding its existing team by a further 40%.

Commenting on the recent growth, Tricia Fox, Founder and Managing Director of Volpa, said:

"This has been an incredible year for Volpa and a very busy time for our growing team. I am delighted that we have been recognised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations with this PRide Award nomination which is testament to the hard work and commitment of everyone at Team Volpa. In the past 12 months we have seen an exceptional period of growth and, with a burgeoning team, constantly extending our expertise and ability to offer a fully integrated service to our clients, and the proof has been largely in the continued retention of existing clients as well as development of new business."

The team will need to wait until October to find out if they've topped the league and face strong competition in their category against established agencies Muckle Media, Frasermedia, Holyrood PR, Morrison Media Strategies and Perceptive Communicators.

Founding Volpa in 2002, Fox's career in publicity spans almost two decades, and she is best known for her work handling the marketing and public relations for some of Scotland's biggest and most popular events including current Thistle Award winner for Best Event, The Enchanted Forest.

Volpa has already expanded their team in recent months and boasts an enviable client rosta that includes some of Scotland's leading tourism providers, major events and hospitality businesses.
