ABRACS NEW DIAMOND BLADES RANGE A CUT ABOVE THE REST
Leading abrasives supplier Abracs has launched a new and improved range of high performance, innovative diamond blade solutions spanning consumer, construction, automotive repair, and industrial needs.
The range comprises three quality grades of blade aimed at Expert, Professional and Trade users. It has been designed so that the correct blade for specific applications is easily identifiable at a glance.
Abracs managing director Robert Jeffery explains: "Choosing and using the right blade is an important decision for tradesmen who are faced with a huge choice of abrasive products. It's our aim to give everyone the information they need to pick the product that's right for their specific application, or one that will cope with the mix of jobs commonly found on sites."
Abracs has over 25 years' expertise in the industry. Its top of the range diamond blades are constructed using premium quality diamonds and feature an all-important 10mm segment that gives a longer product life and ultimate performance. Precision manufacturing methods and modern quality control processes allow Abracs to control and regulate the variables that affect blade life and quality of cutting.
The product launch is supported by a wealth of new marketing materials, user guides, application charts and a 2015 Diamond Blades catalogue, as well as clearly labelled packaging designed to help users with their product selection.
Abracs advocates a 3-step approach to diamond blade selection which starts with choosing the material to be cut, then the blade quality, and finally the blade size or operational machine.
Abracs diamond blades fall into five categories: general construction materials, dual construction materials, hard construction materials, abrasive construction materials, and universal construction materials.
In terms of quality levels, at the top of the range, EXPERT-line offers professional users maximum product benefits, reliability and safety. It includes the fastest long-life multi-purpose blade Abracs has ever developed offering one of the best costs per cut ratios in the industry.
PRO-line products have been designed for very high quality demands and frequent use in industry and trades, while the TRADE-line products are reliable diamond tools with an attractive price-performance ratio for the price-conscious expert.
The new range offers diamond blades for all machines ranging in sizes from 115mm to 500mm for any material application.
The new diamond blades range also includes a construction blade twin pack featuring two best-selling 300mm blades from the EXPERT-line, XL blades for floor sawing work, tile cutting blades, mortar or brick raking blades, and dry diamond core drill bits.
All Abracs products conform to the highest European safety standard, EN 13236, which ensures they are manufactured and tested to the highest quality. For further information and to view the new diamond blade range, visit www.abracs.com
