NEW STYLE GUIDE FOR MEISTER ENGINEERED WOOD FLOORING COLLECTION

German manufacturer Meister has created a style guide to help retailers and their customers match its luxury engineered wood flooring with the latest interior design trends.

The magazine-style guide has been compiled by Meister's UK distributor Interfloor. It showcases Meister's innovative engineered flooring collections, which take the natural elegance of wood and re-engineer it to meet today's demanding performance and environmental standards.

There are eight collections, ranging from the entry level Arlington PS200 to the award-winning Lindura HD300, a high-tech wood floor with a rustic character that is durable, easy to maintain and resilient.

Finishes to enhance style and performance include naturally oiledUV oiledlacquered and brushed. There's also a 3D structure which uses varying thickness and intensive brushing to give a special sculpted appearance.

Each floor has a character grading depending on its surface texture, colour and structure. These include CanyonCountry and Rustic, as well as LivelyDistinctive and Harmonious.

Two things give Meister's engineered wood flooring its good looks and long life: high quality materials, carefully selected from sustainable European sources, and a multi-layer structure with a strong HDF core to guarantee durability. The floors come with an industry-leading warranty of up to 35 years for residential use.

All Meister's engineered wood flooring is designed and manufactured at its state-of-the-art site in Sauerland, Germany and features its patented Masterclic Plus or Uniclic fixing systems for fast laying and secure locked connection.

Meister's Style Guide includes mood-board style pages for three interior design trends. These magazine-style sections match Meister's engineered wood flooring with accessories and colour palettes to inspire creative thinking at the planning stage and show how Meister can help bring the trends to life. These pages are complemented by a section "Products in Detail" which takes a closer look at the collections, describing how they are graded and the choice of finishes, as well as giving information about colour matching accessories.

Urban Oasis

[image]This trend is all about bringing a sense of wellbeing and natural balance back to urban spaces.

Choose colourful and lively woods such as Lindura HD300 in Oak (8410) (pictured left) or Sheringham PD400 Cottage in Limed Capuccino Oak (8050).

Liming highlights the subtle graining of oak and is a perfect way to create a tonal connection with the chalky colours of today's simple urban interiors.

[image]Historical Glamour

A modern take on the romanticised world of grand houses, stately homes and castles. Period features such as herringbone parquet flooring become the perfect stage for contemporary furniture and accessories... providing a sense of heritage with a flourish of high glamour.

Choose dark wood tones such as Sheringham PD400 Cottage in Smoked Oak (8031) or Cranbourne PS400 in Oak (8047) (pictured left).

[image]Refined Minimalism

Minimalism finds its feminine side with softer edges, pastel tones, blonde woods and orange copper metallic finishes.

Blonde woods and those with subtle white and grey tones help to create open, flowing spaces. Choose Sheringham PD400 in Opaque White Oak (8081) (pictured left) or Merevale PC400 Style in Cream Grey Oak (8261).

Meister engineered wood flooring collections are available from a growing network of independent flooring retailers. Further information can be found by visiting http://www.interfloor.com/meister/ or https://www.facebook.com/MeisterUK.
