Yorkshire Coast brewery celebrates double shortlist success
Directors and staff at Wold Top Brewery are celebrating after the Wold Newton business has reached the final of two Yorkshire awards.
The farm based brewery is one of three finalists in the Companies under £10m turnover category in theYorkshire PostExcellence in Business awards and also has two of its beers in the final of thedeliciouslyorkshireTaste awards.
Celebrating its tenth year, TheYorkshire Postawards recognise the passionate enterprising spirit of Yorkshire businesses whilst the Taste awards highlight the region's provenance and reputation for quality food and drink.
The winners of theYorkshire Postawards will be announced on 14thOctober and the Taste awards dinner takes place in Harrogate on 21stOctober.
Of the shortlist successes, Gill Mellor said: "We're very proud to have reached the finals of these competitions; one celebrating our business achievements and the other, the quality of our beer."
The brewery's shortlist successes come on the back of the brewery's award for Emerging Exporter at theInsider MediaInternational Trade Awards.
