New Key Accounts Manager for Rochdale 

Thorite, the UK's biggest independent distributor of pneumatic products and process systems, has appointed Ian McLean (30) to the position of Key Account Manager. He will be based at the company's Bolton Sales & Service Centre. 

Ian's new responsibilities will focus on managing major Thorite manufacturing, processing and industrial accounts in Bolton, Rochdale and surrounding areas, as well as providing commercial and technical support, plus seeking new business opportunities. 

Ian first developed his customer service skills working as a mechanic and rising to management level. He joined Thorite in 2011 and has developed close relationships with many customers which will undoubtedly help him make a great success of his new role. 

Ian is married with one child and lives in Rochdale. His leisure interests include Thai Boxing, fishing and IT.
