Sasudi’s Leigh Ashton inspires business owners at EVOLVE: Business Disrupted!
You can learn to sell. Even better, you can learn to love it.
That was the message Leigh Ashton, co-founder of Sasudi.com, delivered to delegates at EVOLVE: Business Disrupted! on Monday evening.
Leigh was addressing an audience of solo, micro and small business owners at the Business Booster Workshop organised jointly by the National Black Women’s Network and NatWest at RBS, Bishopsgate, London.
Throughout the session, Leigh explored barriers to effective selling – and ways to knock them down. She told the audience: “Over 95 per cent of small business owners fear sales and will do anything to avoid it. Overcome that fear and you’ll embrace and enjoy sales. And your business will grow.”
Leigh went on to demonstrate how recognising your own and your customers’ mindsets, then harnessing proven sales techniques creates the foundation for effective selling.
Leigh has spent over 20 years helping people realise their sales potential. She has worked with clients such as British Airways, Barclays, Harrods and AXA Insurance and thousands of small businesses, start-ups and sole traders.
Along with co-founder Jonathan Mills, Leigh is launching Sasudi.com this autumn. A revolutionary platform that educates, mentors and supports small businesses in every aspect of sales. The affordable and comprehensive resource provides training, direction and sales process management.
Sasudi.com transforms sales from something feared into something enjoyable for people serious about making the most of every selling opportunity.
Leigh is the author of iSell: Unlock your winning sales mindset. Offering innovative methods to selling, Brian Tracy, best-selling author of The Psychology of Selling spoke about the book, “This is a groundbreaking book that shows you how to develop unshakable levels of self-confidence in selling anything to anyone.”
Ahead of its launch, Sasudi.com is offering users a free downloadable report, “5 Easy Ways to Love Selling”. The report takes you through simple, practical steps you can implement straight away to take the awkward out of selling.
