Show success for TOTALKARE

A West Midlands-based company has enjoyed significant sales success at Europe's premier exhibition for resource management professionals with its galvanised fixed post lift proving a major attraction.

The RWM Exhibition at the NEC marked the first time TOTALKARE has put the equipment under the spotlight at a major trade event alongside its acclaimed range of other heavy duty vehicle lifts.

James Radford, TOTALKARE Sales and Marketing Director, commented: "Our fixed post lifts have become an increasingly important product for us.

"Designed for use in wash bays, the model on show at RWM featured galvanised platforms and access ramps, and is available in a range of platform lengths from 7m to 18m.

"Both floor and recessed installation options are available, together with capacities of between 25 and 33T, making it ideal for use when washing a wide range of vehicle types - from refuse vehicles to luxury coaches.

"It certainly generated a lot of interest amongst recycling and waste management professionals at the show where we received a number of orders and plenty of requests for demonstrations and further information."

Also on show at RWM were examples of TOTALKARE's range of acclaimed cable-free column lifts. Typically used as a set of six on multi-axle vehicles to distribute the load evenly, the S6cf equipment at the show is capable of lifting 7,500kg per column. The lack of cables reduces the risk of trips and falls, and accidental damage that can increase operating costs.

"Although our equipment is widely used by operators of refuse vehicles, RWM gave us the opportunity to meet many existing and potential customers as well as introducing our products to the wider industry," James added.
