The new hob collection includes the very latest technology for high-speed, energy-efficient cooking. Highlights include a flex induction zonethat accommodates multiple pans of varying sizes, auto power/stop for effortless control, and a boostoption which brings food to boiling point in seconds. Leading the nine-hob line up is the high-endBH467831 induction hob, a 78cm-wide ceramic induction hob with a whole host of functions including six-zone surface cooking, sleek slider controls and automatic pan recognition.  RRP is £1448.

"Having learnt to cook on an induction hob at Le Cordon Bleu, I initially struggled with temperature control knobs that were easily knocked," Tess recalls.
