Volpa nominated for business growth award

Perth based integrated communications agency, Volpa has been shortlisted for the Business Growth Award at this year’s Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Awards 2015.

The recognition comes after a period of significant growth and in the same week that sees the business compete nationally for the title of CIPR’s Most Outstanding Small PR Consultancy this Thursday. Volpa has seen the team almost double in size this year, as well as wining a raft of new high profile clients, including Scone Palace, Stirling University, Doune The Rabbit Hole, Crieff Hydro and Stirling Fringe, who all joined their rosta this year.

For the award-winning agency that specialises in providing cunningly good publicity, it is often their clients receiving the awards. With nearly one fifth of this year’s Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Award nominees including The Enchanted Forest, Crieff Hydro and Inveralmond Brewery represented by Volpa, the nomination is a welcome reminder of their incredible achievements over the last year.

Commenting on the recent growth, Tricia Fox, Founder and Managing Director of Volpa, said:

“In the past 12 months we have seen an exceptional period of growth at Volpa and I’m delighted that the team’s efforts have been recognised by the local business community. With our growing team, we are constantly extending our expertise and ability to offer a fully integrated service to our clients in the Tayside and Fife areas, and the proof has been largely in the continued retention of existing clients as well as development of new business.”

She continues:

“Team Volpa are very much looking forward to attending the award ceremony at Crieff Hydro and are hoping for a successful night for both ourselves as well as our clients who also received nominations.”

The Business Star Awards recognise the very best of local companies in Perthshire in what has been an outstanding year for businesses of all sizes in the area. The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony that takes place at Crieff Hydro on 20th November.
